Sound healing

The main purpose of sound healing is to help you relax, sleep better, and get you more energized. Throughout the day we are very task oriented and even when we physically rest we don't always let our mind rest. The vibrations and frequency coming out of the instruments, travel through the air to your body resonating with your cells, your blood flow, your lymphatic system and your organs, allowing your body to gradually enter a deeper state, activating your para sympathetic system and bringing your brainwaves down from an active state (beta) to a more relaxed state (teta and delta). leaving you more relaxes and energized.

Classic sound healing -

In classic sound healing we Use various instruments (Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, ocean drum and more), to take you on a journey to a deep meditative state. each instruments has a different frequency, sound and vibration. You will enjoy a relaxing, grounding experience leaving you more energized.

Vibracoustic Massage - 

In Vibroacoustic massage i will be placing a Tibetan bowl on your body, moving it around, transferring the vibration directly to your body. Releasing any stuck energy that was formed from any trauma, sickness, accident ect. Finishing with sound bath (placing 3 Tibetan bowls around your head) to help you fall in to a deep state of relaxation. This session is only for one person.
